Theresianer Vienna won first place in the “Wiener Lager” category in the latest tasting conducted by ÖGZ, a magazine for food & beverage professionals as well as the most qualified magazine in the Austrian market.
A panel made up of three experts – Birgit Rieber, co-founder of the institute for beer culture, Alexander Grübling, ÖGZ editor in chief and beer sommelier, and a brewer – awarded Theresianer Vienna first place in the beer tasting.
The panel appreciated the characteristics that make this beer capable of representing a style and fulfilling the expectations of demanding beer lovers: its perfect colour, its smell with distinctive notes of malt and walnut, and its flavor enriched with notes of caramel that leaves a creamy sensation with a touch of sweetness in the mouth.
According to the panel, Theresianer Vienna is definitely well worth consideration – and another taste – as soon as possible! The top!
