Theresianer received important acknowledgements at the third edition of the “Berlin International Award Competition”, which was just held in the prestigious setting of the Berlin Kempinski Hotel.

A unique event among international contests, the Berlin International Award Competition stands out because the judging panel – which performs a blind tasting – is composed exclusively of qualified trade buyers. More than 100 beers from 12 countries were evaluated by buyers, restaurant managers, large retail store purchasing managers, distributors, mixologists and importers.

Theresianer was awarded two titles, Italy Brewery of the Year and Italy Gluten free Beer of the Year, and stood out in many categories. The evaluation identified the features that allow each beer to be representative of a style and to meet the expectations of consumers and demanding connoisseurs: color, olfactory notes and flavors to the palate.

Participating for the first time to this competition, Theresianer convinced the judging panel, confirming the important and unique work of its brew masters who are able to mix selected raw materials and production processes from the best brewing tradition.
