This year, the highly anticipated and sought after Winter Beer has a newambassador: the brown bear. Curious, wrapped in his warm coat, with a scarf and hat to protect him from the first snowflakes. He arrives, serene and unhurried, with slow steps, here to remind us of all that is beautiful about the winter: the crackling of the warming fire, the resinous scent of wood, the camaraderie of a shared drink. He is the symbol of this must-have limited collector’s edition, embodying the warmth and togetherness that define the season. With the arrival of the first celebrations of the cold season, Theresianer also presents its renewed Birra delle Feste (Holiday Beer), a limited-edition seasonal edition. This top-fermented double malt beer is best enjoyed on winter days, sipped slowly: rounded and full-bodied, yet delicate in flavour, it releases a fruity aroma on the nose, enriched with exotic hints of tropical fruit and citrus. Visually it stands out for its deep golden colour and a natural cloudiness, typical of unfiltered beers, crowned by a persistent and compact foam.
