Theresianer Beer at the Merano Wine Festival - Theresianer Antica Birreria di Trieste 1766

This year, Theresianer will once again participate in the Merano Wine Festival. Scheduled for 7 to 10 November 2014 at the Kurhaus in Merano, the event will feature more than 600 companies, providing an exceptional opportunity for gathering and sharing ideas.
BeerPassion is an “oasis” within the Merano Wine Festival where brewing becomes an art form. It provides a showcase for this increasingly popular beverage, which is increasingly being offered on the wine lists of the most attentive restaurants as an accompaniment to each dish.
The Theresianer stand will feature its unfiltered beers – Premium Pils, Wit, India Pale Ale and Bock – in 0.75 l bottles. Each Theresianer beer is created through the hard work of our master brewers and the careful selection of the finest ingredients, followed by a long process of resting and aging that lends each of these beers a unique, incomparable flavour.
Premium Pils, with its pale colour, delicate, slightly dry taste, and extremely balanced aroma, is ideal for the most refined palates. Wit, in contrast, has an intense, unmistakable flavour due to the fine top-fermenting yeast, which lends it a characteristic straw yellow colour and an effervescent character. The pleasing, full-bodied flavour of double malt India Pale Ale is more distinct and bitter. Finally Bock, with its amber colour and delicious hint of malt, is distinguished by its strong, slightly fruity flavour.
